At first I was embarrassed and scared
of using a gym. I spoke with Paul and he assured me "just focus on yourself and you will be fine". Having started at 21st, Paul got me down to my ideal goal of 12st, I feel more confident than ever, and completed my first ever run of 3 miles raising money for my charity. - Phil

JO GODDARD - 50
I started seeing Paul when I was seven months pregnant, now my son is seven years old. Without Paul my goals wouldn't have been achieved. He puts me through my paces every week and I thoroughly enjoy his sessions and especially his bootcamps. - Jo

DARRELL JONES - 46
Since starting training with Paul four years ago I've lost over 2 stone and begun competing in races. Before this I didn't do any exercise, now I've completed the Great North Run three times and many other races. My best achievement has been running a half marathon in 1hr 45mins. I've never felt better. - Darrell
