
EXERCISE OF THE MONTH
You can maintain and improve your suppleness with a 5 or 10 minute stretching routine first thing in the morning before breakfast.
You can follow the general warm up and warm down exercises from the circuit training classes, maybe increase the repetitions every week.

1. Breakfast juice for brighter eyes and healthy glowing skin in a month!
In a juicer blend an inch of cucumber and courgette, 1 sml beetroot, 2 apples, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cm piece of ginger. 2. Or drink a pint of water before breakfast and one around tea time to help increase energy and flush toxins from your system.


RUNNING EVENT
Nick Beer 10K (6 mile) Memorial Road Race, in Llandudno on Sunday 12th Feb 2012 at 12:00 noon. The race starts from the Cenotaph Pier entrance and follows the scenic route around the Great Orme. Entry fee for non-club runners = £13.00 (+£1 admin), online entry forms at www.nwrrc.co.uk
