Paul's fitness classes are the perfect way to develop all round strength and stamina in hourly sessions. Each session starts with a warm-up, followed by the main program focusing on the upper, lower and total body, core strengthening and cardio, with a warm-down to finish.
These classes are energetic and friendly, a great social way to exercise.
