Getting the motivation to exercise
can be tough but at Paul Edward Fitness all you have to do is turn up and we'll make it easy and enjoyable for you. Bootcamps are a brilliant way to speed up fitness and fat loss. They are more challenging than usual classes but having that extra burn means you see results faster.
They consist of four sessions with a total of 4000 calories burned and involve several different techniques to improve all round strength, including kettle bells and boxercise. You quickly get used to the extended programme and feel the benefits immediately.
It's the best way to start your weekend.
