Hi I'm Paul Edwards a North Wales Personal Trainer and Class Instructor. I began personal training by starting one to one sessions in 2004 after studying Football Science at John Moore's University, Liverpool. From there I continued with Premier Training, a world wide recognised qualification in PT, obtaining Personal Trainer Level 3 advanced status, plus nutrition, circuit training, core/abs, boxercise, strength and conditioning qualifications. I now train over 300 clients a week from one to one sessions and fitness classes. It makes me proud to make you feel good about yourself.

I'm Adam and began as an Army Telecommunications Systems Engineer in 1999. I also became an Endurance Training Leader taking groups of soldiers for endurance based physical exercises. Since leaving in 2008 I have achieved a Module 4 First Aid qualification and took a small group of people to take part in the Great North Run. 2011 has been spent obtaining a Level 2 Gym Instructors qualification and Level 3 Personal Trainers certification plus completing a diploma in boxercise, circuit training and spinning. I look forward to working with you.
